We no longer have access to our Lucent WaveStar CIT software that was installed on old laptops. We don't have a support contact and we are unable to log in from our PC to the Lucent Wavestar 40G. Can you help?

In order to fix the issues, I suggest you re-install and reconfigure Lucent WaveStar CIT on your computers. Also, make sure that your security program and Windows firewall doesn't block the connection. If the problems persist, you can use 1-630-224-9000 phone number or [email protected] email address to contact Lucent Support team.
